My name is John Kloehn, growing up in both England and America with a love of cultures, culinary experiences and a desire to make people happy has driven me to perfect my craft as a bartender over the last 8 years at some of New Jersey’s top restaurants such as Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen, Summit House, and Osteria Crescendo to name a few. In my free time I enjoy sports, cooking, hiking and reading cocktail books. Currently the General Manager at Clydz Cocktail Bar in New Brunswick I bring a passion for cocktail history and a desire to create new, exciting flavors and experiences as my ethos as a bar professional.
