Roger grew up in the industry, but has been behind the bar for about 12 years now. He has ran multiple bar programs, began bar programs, trained staff members & held cocktail classes for clients in the past. He has helped elevate fellow industry professionals to levels beyond their expectations. Roger has established himself as one of the “OGs” of NJ Bartending.
